My practice is general, though I focus on elder law (including wills, trusts, powers-of-attorney, etc.) and small business law (incorporation, partnerships, etc.). As a sole practitioner, I pride myself on offering excellent customer service, trying always to "de-mystify" the law and explaining choices and options in a clear, easy-to-understand manner. Many of my services are flat-rate, so you can be assured of your attorney's time without the proverbial "meter" running up charges.
My office is conveniently located just south of downtown Portland, in the Burlingame neighborhood, though I serve clients throughout the Portland metro area and beyond. I work exclusively by appointment, with evening and weekend times by request. I am also able to schedule "housecalls" for clients who may have difficulty traveling. I accept Visa and Mastercard.
