We have represented numerous lending institutions and businesses in workout arrangements that have led to successful restructuring of credit agreements without the expense and delay of bankruptcy.

Our bankruptcy lawyers are frequent speakers at local and national programs on various bankruptcy topics, and have written a number of articles and other materials for legal publications and continuing legal education books.
