JoAnn Reynolds has been practicing law for 30 years, specializing in Family Law for 25 of those years. She attended Rosemont College in Pennsylvania, and North Texas State University in Denton, Texas, where she received her undergraduate degree. She obtained her law degree at Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas.

JoAnn is admitted to practice law in the State of Oregon, the State of Pennsylvania, the US Court of Appeals 9th Circuit and the US District Court of Oregon. She is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and is a former President of its Oregon Chapter. She is on the Board of Directors of St. Andrew Legal Clinic, and is on the board of the Oregon Academy of Family Law Practitioners. She has served on many committees for the Oregon State Bar, including Judicial Administration Committee and Bar Press and Broadcasters Committee. She also served on the Multnomah Bar Judicial Screening Committee and Continuing Legal Education Committee.

JoAnn has been a presenter at various continuing education programs of Oregon State Bar and Oregon Academy of Family Law Practitioners. She authored the chapter on Custody for the Oregon State Bar Family Law desk book, 1990, 1993, 1997.
